I am a commissioned notary and certified Loan Signing Agent proudly serving Maricopa County and surrounding areas. I started LM Notary Services with a simple mission: to make notarization more accessible, professional, trustworthy and convenient.
As someone who works primarily during evenings and after traditional business hours, I understand that not every client is available from 9 to 5. That’s why I offer flexible scheduling that fits around your life — not the other way around.
I provide general notarization and loan signing services at your home, office or other agreed upon location.

Here are some of the most common questions I get from clients:
Yes, I operate by appointment to give every client dedicated time and attention. Same-day service may be available depending on my schedule.
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID). I won’t be able to proceed with the notarization without proper identification.
I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo and other electronic payment options we agree on ahead of time. Payment is due at the time of service.
Yes, I operate within the east valley, but can make exceptions on a case by case basis. By appointment is preferred to give every client dedicated time and attention. Same-day service may be available depending on my schedule.
I can notarize most common documents such as Acknowledgements trusts, travel authorizations, and loan documents; However, I do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. For anything requiring legal interpretation, I recommend contacting an attorney.
